Our week at Tradewinds with our family (6 grandkids ages from 3 to 10) could not have been better. The house is beautifully well kept and the best stocked rental house we have experienced from beach towels and beach chairs for everyone to everything you could need in a kitchen. The view is spectacular and the grounds so much fun with the pools and fire pit and beach access. We look forward to our next stay at Tradewinds in future years ahead.

We recently stayed in Indian Shores and really enjoyed our week. The sunsets from the decks as well as from the ground level were beautiful. The beach area in front of the house had nice sand and was great for our days of beach games and playing in the surf. The house met our expectations as it had many areas for gathering and accommodated our large group well. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the house had a great layout for multiple families. The property managers were very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area when we arrived.

Our family of 14 stayed at Tradewinds and had a wonderful time. The children ranged from 3 mos to 8 yrs old. The manager, Liz, stopped by one day to make a repair and noticed that we needed baby gates for the stairs (small set coming in from the front door and then another going up to additional bedrooms). She bought 2 for us - without us asking for them! I thought that was very thoughful of her. We've rented many beach homes but this one was equipped with everything, including lots of beach towels, high chair, crib and pack n play. And of course, the kitchen was fully equipped. The house had a very open plan so the living area gave us lots of room to spread out. The house was very clean and steps from the beach. We hope to return to this spacious home in the near future.

We, 3 generations of a German family, recently stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful beach house with an amazing ocean view. The amenities and location was perfect for our family vacation. The house provided everything for a carefree and relaxing stay, from linens, towels and beach towels, to beach chairs and umbrellas and a lot more. Everything was perfect for us. Liz was a pleasure to work with and responded promptly to all emails and calls. She even did a great job in decorating the house for Christmas. We hope to return soon! Thanks for a great stay!

The Tradewinds was such a fabulous getaway for our extended family of 12. We had 9 adults and three children and all slept very comfortably. The house is very well maintained and has all the amenities you could ask for. The access to the beach is incredible. We had a pretty cold week over Thanksgiving but we still enjoyed the walks on the sand and the kids managed to enjoy the ocean a little. The house is stocked with beach chairs and towels which made us all very happy. THe washer dryer was great to have with all the people. The kitchen was also nicely stocked, we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner. The house was very clean and we were at want for nothing. Thanks so much for renting this home. We can't wait to come back!
