House was exactly as shown. Perfect for whole family, nothing better than sitting in pool and seeing the waves roll in. Definitely would recommend this house!!!!

We loved our week at the beach with our multi-generation family. The house was so roomy and well equipped. Even with the cooler temps, our family loved the pool and the beach was perfect. The property managers are so responsive and they seemed to always be available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Seapearl . We just love this place. Sadly this year our family will outgrow it so we’ll have to find a bigger house. But if your family fits it is a perfect vacation home!

Three generations had a wonderful week! The layout of the house provided space for the youngest children and parents to be on one floor while the adults could be on the floor above. Open floor plan for common area was perfect. The large porches overlooking the pool and beach provided a wonder spot for coffee, lunch and dinner! Having all the beach toys and chairs made life easy. Hope to book again in the future!

We have been staying at these rentals for the last 6 years. They are fabulous homes. Plenty of space for large groups. In the backyard is a beautiful beach and the gulf, what more could we ask for? see you next year.

it was a 2 year struggle with lockdowns to make it here . we had to cancel our stay in 2021 and Alex was very gracious and understanding about it. we finally made it down last week and it was fantastic, everything we could have hoped for. watching our kids play in the ocean sitting from our own back deck. the operation was seamless, the managers do a great job staying in the back ground while offering full support. anytime we book a trip to florida we will check in here first to see what’s available.

We have been coming to this house for the last 5 years. We come for the house, big, beautiful, comfortable and with a spectacular view. The beach is very nice, the area has many attractions for young and and old. Management takes care of making this the best place to stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will be back. There is nothing you need to bring but your clothes. It is a fabulous house and management company. I’ve rented here several times and never been disappointed.

We have a wonderful trip with our 3 kids and their significant others and 4 grandsons! This house has everything you need, beach chairs and toys galore! The house itself is beautiful and beds are comfy. You'll love your stay! Sand & Sun's Alex and Liz were easy to work with. We had no issues with anything, just a fun and relaxing trip!

SeaPearl is a great house for large family vacations! We have stayed at the house 4 or 5 times and it has always been a great experience! We even had to endure hurricane Elsa this year but we always felt safe and secure at SeaPearl. Liz and Alex are great and help with any questions or problems we might have very promptly!

We had a wonderful time staying in Indian Shores at the Sea Pearl. Our family of 15 had plenty of space to spread out and the rooms were very spacious. We had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. It was great having all the baby items and toys available for our 5 grandchildren, as well as all the things we needed for the beach. There was nothing the house didn't provide that we needed. The weather was perfect and it was great spending time together at the pool and beach. Alex and Liz were great to work with and their quick responses were so appreciated! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. We will be back!

What a great place, we had 11 family members plenty of room. The sunsets were unbelievable.

Great place to spend a beach week! Even during a pandemic. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back again next summer!

We loved this home for its wonderful swimming pool and easy access to the beach and waves. The child kayak was a hit and so many hours of fun for the kids. The timing was perfect no one else was on the beach and no one living next to us on either side of the house. The dining room table was great for the 11 of us and the high bar stools were great for lunch and snacks. We loved the glass table for our puzzle table and the wood coffee table was perfect for building garages for cars and trucks. The house worked so well for the three families and the washer and drier was in constant use. Thanks!!!

We could not have picked a better house to stay in and a wonderful area to visit for our recent family vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we could have needed. Our family of six adults and five children were thrilled with our choice. They especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and being so close to the ocean. Thank you so much for making this vacation rental such a wonderful place to build family memories!

The HomeAway listing didn't do it justice. It was the perfect place for a family get together ranging from ages 2 to 71. Dining outside on the balcony, inside on the table already looking good with place settings with chargers waiting for the plates to be filled with fresh fish caught in the gulf and prepared in the chef quality kitchen. The pool right next to the beach was perfect when the beach crowd was ready to move from the tidal to the fresh water. The beach chairs with first class beach umbrellas were perfect for the adults watching the kids and reading from paper books. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and welcoming after a day in the water or on a fishing charter in the gulf. Nearby restaurants were ideal for meals when the kitchen was closed if the cooks were on strike. Guppy's is a rare find with superb fresh seafood and all the kitchen talent to make it perfectly. With October temperatures in the mid 80's the beach and gulf were perfect for swimming and fishing from the shore. The paddleboard and kayaks were available and nearly new. All the details were taken care of and Liz and Alex made sure that every need was met quickly. We'll be back hopefully same time same station next year.

Had my family at the house for a week and had an absolutely fabulous time. From the beach to the pool to the beach toys to the accommodation everything was 1st class. Lots of room for 10 people and the house and rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. Thank you for helping me make my 70th Birthday memorable for me, my children and grandchildren!!

Definitely a 5 Star vacation home. Our group of 10 consisted of 4 families and 3 generations, 9 to 73 years of age Being met by the house keeper and doing a walk thru with her worked out great. Any initial questions were answered right then. Garage - We were able to pull each vehicle into the garage and unload & load for departure in close proximity to the elevator. Which we could then deliver to appropriate level. Major plus. Kitchen – roomy. High end appliances. Plenty of large pots, pans and serving dishes for a large group. Wet Bar - “Pay it forward” great idea. Don’t know how much we have poured down the drain in former vacation rental homes and it’s nice to have a cold beer while you’re unpacking. Living areas – plenty of space for lounging. Dining areas – we sat 10 at the table. There are 6 bar stools. Great for watching someone else cook. Table in breakfast nook is perfect for games or puzzles. Decks – 2 levels tables and chairs and covered. Good gathering spaces. Bedrooms and baths – spacious, well appointed. Worthy of a 5 star hotel. Beach – Much closer than it looks in the pictures. No stairs. Plenty of beach items. 12 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 15 beach towels, small & large Kayaks, small & large paddle board. Pool toys – blow ups, noodles, sand buckets & molds, cars & trucks. Pool & Hot Tub – Pool is larger than expected. Hot tub large enough for 6-8 people. Elevator – Grandma loved it. Wi-Fi – no problem.

Wonderful home! We had a great week! Cooked every meal at home. Ran a little short on forks but otherwise, well stocked. We appre- ciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. Also, enjoyed trying out the kayak, and paddle board. The pool was awesome! Made a lot of memories this week with our children and grandchildren!

Sea Pearl in Indian Shores Florida is a tremendous vacation rental. The pride of ownership was obvious as soon as we stepped onto this property. Sea Pearl more than met the needs of our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren, all 4 years old and younger. The owners have thought of everything you will need in furnishing this house. A special thank you to Liz, Kelly and Alex for providing excellent customer service and quick responses to any questions. We look forward to staying at Sea Pearl again in the future. Duke

This is simply a beautiful house that easily accommodated our extended family vacation of adults and 5 kids. Incredible location with the beach as your backyard. Definitely consider the second deposit for the beach equipment! Thx to Liz for helping us arrange a truly great and relaxing week. Rodney

Our week at the SeaPearl with our family of 12 was fantastic. The house is beautiful and met all of our expectations. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our family with all the beds being very comfortable. The linens and towels were first class as well. The master bedroom was incredible. The fully equipped kitchen was big and had all the necessary amenities that you could possibly need. The mini bar area was a nice touch with its sink and beverage refrigerator which included a wine rack. The large great room sectional and dining table were large enough to accommodate everyone. The ocean view from the 2 balconies was great. The pool and beach amenities were all provided which included toys for the kids (it was nice not to have to buy them or bring them with us). Also, the very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs were just great. Also, the kayak and paddle board were a lot of fun for the the boys to use. The pool was awesome. After spending a lot of time at the beach, it was perfect to come back and rinse off in the shower outside the gated pool and then spend the rest of the day relaxing around the pool. There was plenty of comfortable poolside furniture and a patio table and chairs in the shade. They provided 14 beach towels so there is no need to bring any with you. Also, they have a very nice washer and dryer for your use. The garage was large and easily fit our 3 vehicles. Liz (owner and manager) was great to work with and has done a great job making this house a wonderful place to spend a week at the beach! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home on the beach with a pool. Thanks for an awesome week!

The house was fully stocked, from the kitchen to the beach toys. Large enough for 9 adults and 6 children including 2 babies( a baby bed and pack n play included) Plenty of parking for 2 large trucks and 2 cars. This was our 5th year trying to find a house large enough( all bedrooms under 1 roof), Will be staying again!
