This is the second year we have stayed at this beautiful property. We also have reservations for next year. This house is perfect for our group of 12 women that have been getting together after graduating from college in 1986. Beautiful views, pool, common areas, kitchen, decks. Tremendous.

This beautiful house exceeded expectations. Beautifully decorated and stocked, million dollar sunsets , right on beach! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I went with 4 other couple and how a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. We have rented houses before but have never gotten one so well equipped with everything we needed plus more also was very clean and kept up very nicely. Will definitely think about returning again soon!!!

We had a wonderful week at Sandy Shores. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The view is spectacular from the house. It is great to have a private pool as well the perfect spot on the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful house. Decor is beautiful, rooms are very spacious and clean. Kitchen area was amazing to cook and hang out in. Everyone loved the heated pool and hot tub. Few minute walk to the beach. Great location to restaurants and shopping also. Definitely would stay here again! Tons of pool and beach toys.

We stayed at Sandy Shores Sep 17-24, 2022. Our family included 6 adults and 3 children. Our stay was very enjoyable, and the house was great. I was particularly impressed with the thought that went into providing extras for the guests i.e. beach supplies: beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, toys for the children and even a wagon to transport things to and from the beach.

This is a great house. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the house was spotless. The house is a short walk down the path to the beach. My kids and grandkids had a blast. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone heading to Treasure Island.

Wonderful family week - House in great condition when we arrived and well equipped - We look forward to next year

We came as a group of five siblings (plus some spouses) to spend time on the Gulf coast and remember our sister who passed away last April. This home was literally everything we could have wanted and more. We had space for everyone with enough bathrooms for each family unit to have one of their own, with beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped upon arrival, making it very easy to cook for ourselves most of the week. Each of the levels of the house has a deck/patio with gorgeous views of the ocean and we took advantage of each level over the week--especially the table on the main level deck where we ate breakfast every morning and watched for dolphins. The sunsets were also incredible. With a pool, hot tub area, and easy walk to the beach, we could easily take time all together or individually to enjoy the lovely October weather. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other beach items which we know families with children would really appreciate. Our family has been doing biannual family vacations for more than 20 years and have stayed in many large vacation homes--several times during this week we said, "This is the best house we have ever used."

10/10 would stay again! We didn’t have to bring anything with us the house was completely stalked with everything you needed! House was absolutely amazing,clean and had more than enough space for our family!

We love Sandy Shores!! You just can't go wrong with any of their properties.... 4 years straight summer vacations!!!!

This is our second stay at Sandy Shores and we love it. The house is perfect for our group and you can't beat the location. It's relatively new which means everything is in tip top shape. Liz and Alex are great to work with. They're very quick to respond to any questions you have and resolve any issues promptly. They make the vacation that much easier. I highly recommend this property.

Place was great, well stocked with all the items we needed, even had a wheel chair ramp which we needed and if course the elevator was needed for my MIL. Pool was nice and the short walk to the beach was easy. It was very large allowing space for all my family members. Had child gates for my grand kids. My only thought was a chair in the master bedroom would have been nice for me,. The master Bedrm. was huge as well as the closet and bath in the master .

This was our second winter at Sandy Shores. It is the perfect place for our family of 10. Each of us has their own private space with plenty of room to enjoy together. We eat "in" the entire week, loving the large well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Plenty of space to prep, cook and dine. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool is large enough to play games and the beach just steps away. The location to shopping and all that Treasure Island has to offer is perfect too. Donna did an amazing job getting the house ready for us. We hardly knew that there were guests before us. We hope to be back next year!

Our family had an amazing week together there. We have all adult children and it was wonderful to have the space for us all to be together but also the private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy their own space. We would definitely enjoy another week in this beautiful home. It was spacious, very clean and well suited for our family get away. With the beautiful kitchen and dining areas we were able to cook in every meal which during this COVID time it was especially nice to not go out for meals. Thank you The Lammers Family

This place is amazing. The house was very clean when we got there and exceeded our expectations. Nice walk to the beach. I would recommend this place for a large group of people. Very comfortable.

Beautiful location, spacious house, nicely decorated, top notch appliances....left nothing to be desired, except for the gas grill on the patio which could not compete with the comfortable gulf breeze This was a great vacation the whole family will remember forever!

Our family loved the week in December in 2018 so much we planned it again in 2019. With reservations now made for 2020 , we plan to make it a yearly tradition! With our family scattered far away from each other, meeting in a central location is the answer. The week on Treasure Island's gulf side with a great house and great location was enjoyed by all. The elevator was a plus with the grandmother being handicapped . We all look forward to another week December 2020.

This is a wonderful home right on the beach. We had a crew of 6 adults and 5 kids and it was perfect. The beach and pool were very convenient and enjoyed by all. There were many nearby things to do ranging from restaurants within walking distance to the publix to John's pass. The house is very nice and laid out very well for a big group. The street in front of the home can get somewhat busy, but it was never really an issue for us - but be mindful if you have little kids. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this beach house with a stunning view of the water and private beach access. The pool and hot tub are very nice with privacy. The house was bright, airy and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and could accommodate our group perfectly. The house was well-equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, coolers, etc. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Sandy Shores for a family reunion of 11 adults and 3 children was absolutely fabulous! Here is what we loved: LOCATION: The beach access to a less crowded area of the beach; close to stores and restaurants; and quick drive over to the recreation center for pickleball and golf, along with access to the bike trail. HOUSE: The pool was a hit and so were all the beach chairs and water toys. The house itself was perfect for a large group with large gathering area and 6 bedrooms for stealing away for privacy. The kitchen was big enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The indoor and outdoor dining areas provided many options for different meals and for hanging out. The big room was great for games and Wimbledon watching. The beds were the most excellent we've had in a rental house and we all got good rest between active days of fun. PROPERTY MANAGERS: Communications with all the folks involved with the property were timely and informative. Our one minor request was handled efficiently and effectively. We had no complaints at all about the rental property and were delighted with everything. Our vacation/family reunion was made that much better by being in this fabulous house.

What a wonderful home for a family vacation! My husband and I hosted our three children and their families for a week of fun and sun. This home has everything one needs! We found the cabinets stocked with all starter supplies as well as pool and beach toys and accessories galore. It was nice to have plenty of beach towels and we could not have asked for more comfortable beds! The location was ideal as we found restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And if we chose to eat in, the Publix within walking distance, had everything we needed. We appreciated the quick response and personal attention when we had a question or concern! We cannot wait to return! THANK YOU!!

Sandy Shores was beyond beautiful - owners have really outdone themselves with the décor and "welcome home" feeling that we got while there. The water sports, the extremely clean home (beds, bathrooms, kitchen), the views (unlike any other) were all above exceptional. The pictures do not do this home justice. Home was very conveniently located to supermarket and good restaurants. We've done vacation house rentals for about 4 years now and this one by far exceeds all others. The owners were very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Donna, the housekeeper walked us through the home upon check in and was lovely to deal with as well. Highly, highly recommend, we will definitely be back again!

Fantastic home to rent. Had everything we needed. You have a great few of the beach. Also walked the beach to many enjoyable places. The home is spacious and the 14 of us had a great time. Awesome is all I can say.

The house that we stayed at was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setup for 14 people. We had three families and a mother-in-law and it worked out perfect. We especially loved how large the kitchen was and living room area. The views are beautiful and the sunsets are even better. The pool was great with the hot tub. We really liked the lawn chairs beach cart kayak boogie board surfboard and paddle board that were included. Having laundry was a big plus and the previous people left behind detergent which was a help. The other nice thing about the house was that it was within walking distance to a couple restaurants liquor stores and shopping. The Pay It Forward bar was a nice plus because it had a few drinks in the fridge and hard alcohol underneath the sink. We were ready for a drink by the time we got there and that helped us ease into vacation mode. We donated a Crock-Pot to the next people that stay because we did not want to bring it home. Enjoy.

Sandy Shores is exceptional. It was everything I imaged it to be....Beautiful....Breathtaking Views......Relaxing. My family and I are so looking forward to renting this property again. And a big thank you to Liz and Alex for being so very helpful before and during our stay. Fran Materasso
